Set up logic rules

To set up logic rules for your survey, you need to finish your survey first. Then click on [Logic Rules] tab on Edit page.

Be sure to have a plan of all rules on your survey questions before you start.

Find the trigger question and click [+Logic Rules] button. 

Selecet all questions linked to this trigger question in the pop-up window and click [Done].

Tips:

When setting up rules for a choice, you don't need to select all following up qustions. Just select questions which should be hidden to other respondents (ie. those who didn't pick this choice).

There's an option saying "End survey" on Logic page. This option should only be used in multi-page surveys and it can only be activated when Next page button is hit.
