Besides unique passwords, you can also set up a universal password for all respondents. It's easier to distribute but as all respondents are using the same password, you won't be able to tell who's who later.
If you are using universal password and want to know whose response it is, we recommend you to add a question asking respondents to give their name or other identifications.
