Track survey

You can track one or several important surveys to get daily email updates on them.

- How to track a survey?

Go to Analyze page and click on [Track]. Select the survey you want to track in the new window, set subscription time and email frequency. Update emails will be sent to your registered email address.

- How to cancel a track subscription?

If you no longer need to track a survey, go to Track survey page and click on [Cancel subscription]. You would no longer receive any update emails from then on.

- When can I receive the update emails?

It depends on the sending frequency you set. You can choose to receive emails everyday or every week.

If you set the frequency to be "Daily": Emails will be sent to you at 09:00 everyday (UTC+0).

If you set the frequency to be "Weekly": Emails will be sent to you at 08:00 each Mondy (UTC+0).

- I subscribed but didn't receive any update emails. Why?

Our emails may be blocked by your email system, so please go check your spam box first. If you are sure no emails received, please contact us.
