We don't charge your credit card automatically on a monthly or annually basis. So if you want to keep your Pro account active, don't forget to renew subscription before it expires. Don't worry, we'll send you reminding emails 7 days before expiration.
Renew procedure is similar to Upgrade procedure. Click on [Renew Subscription] on the top right corner of My Surveys page, choose a subscription period and complete the payments. Your new subscription will be added to your account immediately.
