- Smartphone usage habits and purchase preferences.

The purpose of collecting the above information is to improve our products and provide you with a better user experience. 

1.2 Obtaining your personal information from third-party service providers 

We launched this survey in collaboration with Surveypie, and your personal data is collected through its system. We warrant that Huawei will not disclose any information obtained from Surveypie to any third parties by any means. Should any of your personal information be disclosed from Surveypie's system, we shall hold Surveypie fully accountable according to the relevant laws.

If we need to use information for purposes not stated in this Statement, we will ask for your consent in advance.

If we need to use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will ask for your consent in advance.

2. Your Data Subject Rights

In order for you to more easily access and delete your personal information during the course of the survey, follow the guidelines below.

Access and delete personal information

If your personal data is collected in the survey, you can request through dedicated channels to access or delete it by providing the Email address you filled in the survey. Such channels include the official website of Huawei Consumer Business, the HiCare app, and the HUAWEI ID app. If you cannot provide the correct Email address or your pEmail address was not collected in the survey, we will not be able to process your data subject request.

3. Data Storage Location and Period

3.1 Data storage location

The personal information collected and generated under this service will be stored in the data storage facilities of Surveypie located in the United States and access of the collected and collated data results will be made available to Huawei.

3.2 Data storage period

We store your personal information only for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of its collection, and delete or anonymize your personal information beyond the time set out below, except as otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.

Your personal data stored on Surveypie's system will be retained for up to thirty (30) days.

Huawei will retain your personal data for two (2) years after the end of the survey, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.

4. Updates to this Statement

Huawei reserves the right to update this Statement in due course. When a change occurs, we will
